How to Get a Medical Marijuana Card in Ohio

  1. Check Your Eligibility
    Ohio law allows individuals with qualifying medical conditions to apply for a medical marijuana card. 
  2. Register with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program (OMMCP)
    Before your appointment, you’ll need to register with your Ohio driver’s license or state ID. The system will assign you an ID number, which your MMJ Docs physician will use to certify you for treatment.
  3. Book an Appointment with MMJ Docs
    Schedule a consultation with one of our certified physicians. During your appointment, we’ll review your condition and determine your eligibility for a medical marijuana card.
  4. Receive Your Certification
    When you receive a notification from the state please make any state payments and then once your card is received, you’re eligible to visit the Dispensary

Yes, we only charge if we help you get your card. Once we submit your certification, we cannot provide any refunds. (Patients who no show or cancel within 24 hours are charged a $25 fee.

Our doctors will submit your certification within 24 hours of your appointment; however, we ask for 48 hours to process all certification.
